Cosmos Group supports talents for higher studies as part of its social commitment. By 2004, Cosmos -sponsored awards have been established in such fields as journalism, medicine, engineering and architecture, fine arts law and business management.

In similar ways, the Cosmos Group has been a commited-supporter of a variety of community activities in media, health, charitable and artistic fields. Cosmos has been a prime mover in promoting a very successful anti-tobacco movement in Bangladesh, especially through ADHUNIK, a recipient of WHO gold medal for 1991-92 and 1992-93.

Wildlife Trust of Bangladesh (www.wildlifetrust-bd.org) is a national institution committed to conserving the biological diversity of Bangladesh.
